So just to see if it would work i basically made the folder and its files open to anyone and everyone. Well since that worked and seeing its an access violation I'm thinking its a rights issue (why doesn't starting with admin rights not work?) so i started digging into the directory structure of 20 and then i came across something with the Settings\Essential Sound folder. Oh and even tried it on different versions of windows 10 pro. Created a new user on my computer
